Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders to the United States arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as November and December, or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, we can't ship there yet.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take a few days to update after your order ships, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement straight away.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, email us at miahbrands@outlook.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
