About us

This website (the "Store") is operated by Miah Brands Ltd, trading as MistWyrm, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17441686), with its registered office at 26 Hadfield Avenue, Wirral, CH47 3DJ, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Miah Brands Ltd. The Store is hosted by Shopify.

Using the Store

By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these terms, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with how it works.

Products and prices

We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible, but the look of a product can vary slightly from photos, and colors can look different on different screens. Prices are shown in the store currency and may change at any time before you place your order. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when your order ships. You agree to give accurate and complete payment, contact and shipping details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. These policies don't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply where you live.

Using your MistWyrm

Please follow the instructions that come with your product. Use clean or distilled water, keep the product on a stable surface, keep it away from small children, and unplug it before refilling or cleaning. Don't add anything to the water tank other than water and a few drops of essential oil.

Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you also keep any protection given by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
